CyberPatriot is the National Youth Cyber Education Program created by the Air Force Association (AFA) to inspire K-12 students toward careers in cybersecurity or other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation's future.  The program site can be found at AFA CyberPatriot

In 2018 and 2019 the Ellington Composite Squadron began competing in the CyberPatriot Program. Cadets work on computer skills learning about Linux, Windows 10 and Windows Server to understand concepts in computer security and operating system vulnerabilities. The Cadets also have access to Cisco Networking Academy to develop expertise in Packet Tracer and understand network engineering principles.
